I ordered online gave it about 20 minutes to pick up my food. Drove up to the drive-thru 20 minutes later and they didn't have my food made at all. Sat at the drive-thru for another 20 minutes. Really?? why you have an online ordering if you can't get it right. As a White Castle customer I'm not ever coming back to this restaurant..
Very rude store associate today. Went in for my order pick up at about 9pm today.first person I met took my order so was waiting to pick up. Few minutes of waiting a different associate wearing black shirt came out of nowhere and told me to go out and use drive through.. felt very bad and don’t intend visiting this store anymore.as you can see there was no sign whatsoever saying you can’t come in for a pick up .
