Taco Bell

This location never wants to run their night shift. They lie to customers about being under staffed. There are 5 crew members in the kitchen. I came thru at 1135pm. They never greeted the speaker, despite still being open for business. I was part of 4 cars lined up in drive thru. When they finally came to the window, FIVE people stood there telling me they are short handed. 20 years of Taco management and I ran closing shift with myself plus 2. There is no excuse for this laziness! Taco Bell corporate and franchisees should feel shame at the quality and state of the brand.

Have fun waiting at the drive through to place your order as a line forms behind you… I’m guessing so they can keep their ticket times down? Then because they waited to take your order have waiting even longer for them to prepare your order. Also, when did T-Bell get so expensive… 2 chicken quesadillas $13 and change!? GTFO!!!

I'm out of options as the staff does not care and the Taco Bell app "contact us" section dead-ends when requesting contact. Calling them out for your awareness. I'm not sure who owns this location nor would the staff tell me. Their order system has a problem reconciling coupons and twice they have insisted I owe them $1 (coupon value). First time I paid as it was a larger order. Friday I walked out without our food or refund as they could not refund as I paid in the App and refused to give me our food (without paying another $1) despite having the receipt on my phone. Some notable observations from recent visits: hours not as listed, no counter service (they tell you to use the kisok), mobile orders you have to tell them to make it when you arrive, dirty dining and bath rooms, staff complaining about customer ls coming through the drive through, vagrant person washing themselves in the dining room, general feel of not being welcome as a customer. Several other locations in the are
