Placed a mobile order and was late picking it up and the food was still fantastic! They waited to do our milkshakes until we got there, which prevented them from melting. French fries were perfectly cooked and they gave us free spicy dipping sauce. And the service is always top-notch!
I am still in line (1hr /13mins) waiting for my food. I would have left and went somewhere else. However, at this point I had to see just how long they would take. I also happen to be stuck between cars so I can't leave the line! Not sure who owns this franchise but they may need to look at their staff...
There is nothing quite like FRESH White Castles. MUCH BETTER than frozen. We stopped at one at the beginning of our trip, and at this one on the way home. They were fast, fresh, hot and DELICIOUS!!
