Young lady in the window does not care about your business she wouldn’t give me my refund and then threw a cheese burger at my car cause she was mad the sandwich wasn’t right and didn’t want to have them make a new one and then proceeded to yell at all the cars to go home very bad customers service can’t have employees destroying peoples property i hope to hear from someone unacceptable to have my car damage all over big bufferd

Every time I go here I get the worst service and poor food quality. Was ignored in the mobile order line tonight for 5 minutes. I changed lines and they asked me to go to the mobile order line again. Once there was ignored for another 10 minutes. When we finally got our food it had been sitting for 15 minutes and was cold. When I asked if it's still hot they said it's fine and pushed it out the window at me. It was not fine. It wasn't even mediocre.

Food was horrible had tomato n bacon in my spicy deluxe I never received it no lettuce on my fish sandwich still had lettuce fries were old n never received my bbq wings tried calling only to get voicemail like I’m calling a regular phone horrible experience being that I’m from out of town n only ordered because a couple restaurants were only open
