Whataburger

So I love whataburger. This is the first time I have ever gotten bad onion rings. But they were so stuffed into the box I think it just went to mush. This is disgusting the ones on top were perfect and under them was bad and inedible. You lose one star for this mess up.

Got to the speaker to order in drivethru no one else at the store not busy at all and the young lady was very rude didn’t listen to my order got the food wrong the fries were stone cold and tasted like they had been under the lamps for far far too long or the oil was old and needed to be changed and then wanted to act like she was better than us when she came to the window closing it very quickly each time she had to open it to either take payment or give us our food almost felt like she didn’t want to be there or didn’t want us to be there. Her name was Anissa and she needs to learn a little respect and decency when dealing with the public in food service. I can say this because I myself my wife and our son have worked at What-a-Burger with in the last year

This place offered a free burger and cookie upon downloading the app, I got the coupon on ASU campus and I was the only one to use it according to the cashier there! They have me a big burger and cookie. Very good. Can’t beat free food! The app was tricky to download and get to work. It should be easier.
