Authentic food stops here! Don't be put off by the at-times bonkers parking lot. You are transported halfway around the World once your taste buds make contact with these flavorful dishes! Start with those starred items, and you'll be hooked.

The Normal Diner has combined the 5 most delicious words...."Chicken and Red Velvet Waffles"! Wow!! There were two things that made this dish stand out. 1. The beautiful color, crisp, and light sweetness of the waffles was so good, I didn't need butter or syrup (they would have taken away from the flavors) and 2. The chicken was boneless and one of the most juiciest pieces of chicken I've ever had at a restaurant. This dish delivers MORE THAN EXPECTED! I was so happy when I left and bragged about it to others! By the way, the diner itself is very nice. It was a very clean establishment, bright, open, and colorful. I liked the random pictures on the wall, the multi-colored light fixtures, and the diner seating right up front. The only thing that was a little odd was they cut their menu in half when there is a show at Gammage across the street so that they can get orders out quickly. Unfortunately they do not deviate from that, but it's still worth asking. I would definitely love to go b
