Front person on the counter was extremely knowledgeable and useful. I think her name was Christine. Service was fast from her and she was very knowledgeable of her food service. Whataburger finally found a good employee!!!!
usually ok…. i tend to do mobile orders a lot when im coming home from work late. the lines are typically extremely long and sometimes i have to wait upwards of half an hour to get my food. they also dont usually put extra of anything…. i ask for extra potato and cheese on my taquitos and seldom get it. the workers are usually kind though. i can only imagine the weirdos they get there so late at night.
Big prices for a cheap service. Paid $10 for a single patty burger and mostly ice drink. Considering they use cheap ingredients and loads of MSG to compensate for quality.. you think this location could afford to pay for better staffing. After placing order, waited 35 minutes and they forgot my fries, wasn’t going to wait any longer for them. I should have gone with my gut and went to In&Out and supported a company that uses quality ingredients and pays staffing better.
