Fish N Tails Oyster Bar

Good and friendly staff, but food very bad. We ordered shrimp, fries, tacos, onion rings, catfish and oysters. All food had no seasoning, oysters had pieces of shell in them, found that out after my girlfriend ate some of those pieces. Which also ended up stuck in her throat. The worst onion rings I've had. Tacos had this chemical flavor in it, hard to say what it was, but we couldn't finish it. From all the food we ordered, we were able to finish only shrimp and fries, the rest of it we let enjoy to our dog. At least she was happy.

If your wanting seafood or cajun food please do yourself a favor and dont eat here. Let me start off by saying I love seafood and I have eaten seafood and cajun food at hundreds of restaurants. My wife and I decided to try this place since it is close to us and we have never eaten here before. Big mistake. I asked the lady at the front what specials they had. She told me Po' Boys and told me what types they had. One of them was a fried oyster po' boy. She told me it is loaded with friend oysters. It sounded great so I ordered it. When it came out I was shocked. It only came with four small oysters and the sandwich was mostly bread. I asked her about it and she said yes they only come with four oysters ????‍♂️ I refused it and asked for the catfish filet po' boy to replace it since she said it came with a large filet. Fish N Tails oh wow the Coconut Shrimp. My fellow Realtor friend, Karen Mack, and finally met up for lunch. I love doing business and friendly fun in Rowlett. We met one of the owner’s Alex Rodriguez pictures with Karen and I. Alex said that he & his partner Guillermo Torres are the new owners of this spot. Great food, good atmosphere and super nice staff and owner.
