We waited about 8 minutes in line. Had our order repeated to us which was right. Drive just a bit up just to realize they left 2 of the three items off. Then we had to go in. The service was horrible. Waited 30 minutes for order. French fries were cold and over salted. Hamburger was to salty to eat. Then to add to these issues I saw a worker knock the drink cups in the floor and pick them up and put them back in the dispenser to be used by the next customers!!!
They were super slow almost an hour waiting on our food in the drive thru. I literally had to shut my car off due to the price of gas. My burger was cold by the time they even got to me. No condiments in my bad. This was my first and last whataburger experience at this location.
