S&B's Burger Joint - Mustang

I order online through the app and have the best experience possible. Then an even better one when i come in! The staff is amazing and always on their feet! The managers greet you with a smile and are always there for your needs. If there is one place in mustang i would refer to someone it would be this s&bs!

We went as a family group (17 of us) on a Sunday evening. The restaurant was empty except for one other family of four. Getting our drinks and ordering was completed in a timely manner. It took a while but food started coming out. It was very delayed and random. The people that received their plates first were finished by the time my wife and received ours(we were the last to get ours). The food was mediocre at best. Our waitress worked hard but was but could not remember to bring items requested after we received our food(asked twice for some ranch dressing but never received any). There are better burger joints, doubt if we will be back.

First time here and I enjoyed it very much being solo. Megan (the awesome bartender) was very kind, attentive and had a good conversation with. The food was absolutely tasty. I had a bunless all american burger and the new rice bowl they had. I got to meet the manager briefly, Jacob and I had to tell him the decor, quality, atmosphere was a lot better than other chains of this restaurant I’ve been to. I’m getting to know the area being new here and I recommend popping in if you want good service/food. Thank you! I wrote the above post 3 months and it was great no complaints. I sit down solo at the bar and get a drink then after waiting 20 minutes I get acknowledged to put in food. They were busy so I was being patient and the bar tender had this bad stank attitude that showed and made it uncomfortable to be around. Establishments don’t need that behavior in front of customers it’s a turn off. A guy left the bar because he was waiting to long to order and didn’t get attention. Disappoin
