I went during lunch I believe they were short staff which I understand but one of the ladies was on her phone instead of helping. I had to eat my lunch quick to make it back on time to work. They take too long
Burger and fries were decent. Took FOREVER to get our food, and others in the restaurant commented that service is typically extremely slow. Cashier wasn't helpful. Won't go back.
Shout out to a employee there by the name of Malachi. He helped our family out when a few items were missing from our order. He made it right and didn’t have a attitude like some of the Whataburger employees in the hood. I hate going to any Whataburger in Dallas. They alway mess up orders, fries stay cold and they act like you bothering them for being there. If you see this Malachi, thank you again. You deserve employee of the month dude.
