Chick-fil-A

I usually don’t leave reviews but this one I do have to leave before I call corporate. It was exactly 3:59 when an employee stated they were closing at 4pm. I said that’s fine let me order quick to go . Why I walked to the door and this asian short lady said nah we’re closed and slammed the door in my face. Not even a way to engage a customer first of all , second I never left Chick Fil A disappointed .Other families seen and even said themselves that was sooo rude !!! Not a way to treat a customer whoever you were ! smhh

The only reason they loose a star from me is because they have gotten stingy with their sauces. I literally just spent $26 of food for me and my kids and only got 2 sauces. 2! Not even 2 of each. Literally 1 of each is what they though was enough for this meal. I don’t like to share my sauces with my kids. They should consider how much food or how many meals they are giving sauces to.

This Chick-Fil-A has been going downhill for a while. The food isn’t nearly as good as it used to be. My fries were barely done, they weren’t filled to the top, and most of them were potato ends. My Chick-Fil-A sandwich had 2 chicken filets instead of 1, which I guess isn’t a bad thing, but it shows that they aren’t paying attention to details anymore. My half and half tea wasn’t even mixed up. I’d recommend driving a little further to a different Chick-Fil-A that still says “my pleasure” since I really only run into quality issues at this specific Chick-Fil-A.
