Whataburger

Wouldn’t recommend coming here at night. I placed an order on the app which said it would be done in 4-7 minutes. I waited in the drive thru for 10 minutes before getting to the window and being asked to pull up. I told them politely that I wouldn’t because I placed the order over 15 minutes ago. There were only 4 cars in front of me when I pulled up. It took them over 10 minutes to get me my food and when I finally got it, the order was wrong. The bread was burnt, the meat was dried out, and it’s almost like they tried to stuff it in the bottom of the bag under napkins so I wouldn’t notice.

Location:easy access Parking: very small parking lot. Few disabled parking. Will not recommend people with trailers unless you park at another company. Front service: fast, no line, friendly Waiting for food to be delivered: long other people were asking about their food. Food: was hot plus accurate Atmosphere: loud mainly from staff changing shift Food area: lots of dirty tables

This place just keeps getting better and better. I have been coming to this Whataburger for 5 years now and it has been pretty bad in the past. Staffing was not always customer friendly. But this place has been doing a great job hiring staff that is friendly, kind, and making Whataburger feel like home again. Keep up the great work. You guys have come a long way.
