This place is slow. Burgers are hit and miss. Whataburger is the most inconsistent fast food place around. Will my order be right? Will it be hot? Don’t know. Staff is not customer focused. If you ask for a cup of water, they charge you for the cup. I hate to leave a bad review for a fast food place. But this place deserves two stars.
The restaurant was very clean. Staff was friendly and attentive. Very good burger.
This Whataburger has good customer service, but the best part is coming to see Serfronia! She’s very welcoming with everyone that comes in the door and always has a great attitude. I give her a 10/10.
