Smoothie King

Used to come here almost daily for a span of about 6 months in 2019. It was almost always the same 4 employees/managers working and they knew exactly what they were doing and never messed up orders or smoothies and were fast. Since sometime in 2020, this place has been a circus. Constant rotation of new employees, and they're all teenagers in high school or fresh grads. They don't know the menu and take forever to make anything, often getting orders wrong, and clearly don't care. Management is more interested in working in the back than helping teach their new employees how to do their job. It's a shame, because this place has good smoothies when they're made properly, but I won't be returning anymore. There are better smoothie shops that pay their employees well enough to retain the good ones.

Very rude , entitled young female works here, I literally would stop by three to four times a week here and as I have only 30 minutes for a lunch break I routinely would enjoy the smoothie because it's a great product, but the customer service is horrible. I routinely ask for the styrofoam cup because the plastic doesn't keep the smoothie long and when I asked for one when they didn't ask which I preferred; The young lady snapped at me by stating," you need to ask for one before we pour it into a plastic container, those cost money.". Smh. Completely entitled Look at my reviews, I give props to great service, this place doesn't have that. Take your money to other juice or smoothie places.

I love this place! Best smoothies and customer service! I'd recommend all day, everyday! Just go, you won't regret it!
