5 stars for Mary, the lady that takes drive thru orders in the morning. Most of the other employees seem like strong 3s. The food is consistently good here tho, so the cooks must be ok.
Food is good, not happy with the drive through experience. Apparently, the staff member working the window had an order issue with another customer. She did not acknowledge my presence, no smile, no eye contact and no thank you, using extreme loud profanity when discussing with co-workers. Unprofessional at best.
Literally the slowest drive thru I’ve ever been to - every single time. Busy, slow, daytime, nighttime, plan to spend at least 30 min waiting no matter what. The food is fine and my order is usually 90% right, so that’s something I guess.
