Accurate food services, friendly staff. Decent speed when making the orders. Food is normally ready in 5 to 10 mins unless your using the drive thru. That takes maybe 5 to 10 minutes longer. Definitely order at counter.
I came to this Whataburger a few days ago in the morning and I was very surprised to see the quality of service and how clean the place was. As soon as I came in through the door I was greeted. Then I placed my order and just a few minutes later I was having my breakfast. Lady who took my order and the one who brought my order, both, were very polite. Food was really good. Coffee was amazing. The environment had this nice friendly atmosphere always inviting. I look forward to my next visit. Good job to this team. 20mins for my curbside and still didn’t get it, had to pull into the drive thru. Ice was melted so I knew my food was made earlier they just never brought it out. Horrible service.
