WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER to give you a simple order of two Big Macs and one happy meal ONE got the food 40 minutes later if I wanted to wait that long I would’ve gone to Bubbas 33 or Applebees and they would’ve gotten the food out faster

Disorganized everybody was running around like a chicken with their head cut off the interior lobby looked to be institutional like cold not inviting no no fun colors nothing inviting about the dining room at all he tried to copy Chick-fil-A too much I could tell where to drive through that focusing too much to be competitive with Chick-fil-A but the customer service and the speed of service was way out and also there is no drink refills allowed it's only one drink and that's it and they don't even give you a drink when you order it so no go somewhere else run away it's way out even the self-service kiosk were dated and old and it just been open like 3 weeks because at least bought new equipment for that part but no they really cut the corners on this one

Everytime we go they forget something, like today they forgot the spicy chicken burger, so I go online so I can call and there's no phone number to call so I can complain I'm so done with this McDonald's and they never put ketchup even though we ordered fries
