Whataburger

Been waiting 45minutes in driveway for our food. Not exaggerating. I asked the worker what was the issue, he said they were short workers. Good job Whataburger. Never coming back. And I don't want to ever hear this place is better than In N Out.

Amazing service and handling, especially for a game night on Pennington field. My cashier, Jacob W., demonstrated immaculate service and attentiveness. I was waiting for my burger for a while and he noticed and took initiative to get it to me. Not only that, but he also worked with me on being able to use the rest of my Whataburger gift card balance then paying with card without a fuss. On top of the service, the food was good and I would definitely come back to this store to eat and experience

STAY AWAY! If I could give this location negative stars, trust me I would. Waited in line (drive through) 30 minutes before I got my order. I grab and get home. My order is incorrect (they forgot bacon, grilled jalapeños, etc). I call the location and they ask me to bring in receipt to get me a new one. I drive to location and hand the guy my receipt he says I need the burger for them to replace it. I start driving home to get it but then I call and ask if I should bring the fries and drink back too because at this point they are soggy and watered down. The lady that answers says just bring the receipt and they will make it right. I head back to location and wait in drive through lane for 10 minute- the line doesn't move. I end up leaving. I am still hungry, have wasted time, and gas, and ended up ordering a new #5 down the street. Do yourself a favor and go to a nearby Whataburger (Beltline location about 3 minutes from this one did a great job!).
