Noah was being completely disrespectful. Customers were asking for refunds because of slow service which he replied "Don't come if you don't have time to wait". There are also bugs all over the lobby. Awful service.
This place is a disaster. Not a lot of people and they have a lot of employees. People are ordering a burger and it takes over 20 minutes. The girl at the register actually left the register and sat in the lobby. There was a guy while I was waiting take his food back up and say that he waited 20 minutes and it was cold. I waited over 30 minutes for a burger and fries. I could have fired up my grill and cooked it faster. Then after waiting for 30 minutes we grabbed the food and got home. There was no ketchup for the fries and they put mustard on the burger instead of ketchup. Waited all that time and my kid wouldn't eat the burger because of the mustard.
I consistently wait at least 20 minutes for my food at this location. I keep thinking, maybe it won't be bad this time, and I'll try again. I just waited 45 minutes for my order of 2 cheeseburger meals and 2 kids meals. 45 minutes, I kid you not. I would have been frustrated waiting that long at a sit down restaurant. Please, somebody get some training from CFA and get that line moving for the love of all that is holy.
