I had the worst experience by having to drive back to pick up the correct order…I go back and now the burger was rare and chili cheese fries old and stale. I will be reporting this to your GM…this is unacceptable and do not play with ppl food…especially mine….
Food is made to order but the Meat & fries are NEVER hot.(room temperature) You can always tell when the cheese doesn't melt onto the patty before you take the first bite.
The burger was okay, but not the taste I expect when I go to Whataburger. It did have the expected overload of onions though. The fries were cold and the banana pudding milkshake tasted like a vanilla milkshake until near the end.
