Jack in the Box

Took 35 minutes for 3 items. 2 tacos and soda. The food was cold. There are so many bad reviews! Why won't they shut this place down??? I would love to see a banner "Under new management and staff" Shame on you guys!!!

Last night I went there at 11:30 and asked for two tacos that’s it. I was told they didn’t have any tacos, so then I asked for the spicy wrap and she said the system was down. I asked how was their system down and they just cashed out someone in the window and gave them their food. She didn’t answer me. So I sat at the speaker for 40 mins “waiting on the system to come come back up” now about 8 cars have driven off because of this. When all they had to do was make TWO TACOS. And clearly you can see the register is up and working just fine through the window.

The restaurant is clean inside and out including the bathrooms. Parking was fine and the drive-thru moves really fast, which was shocking. The food was hot the staff was friendly and they were good about making sure I had plenty of sauces and napkins and everything I needed.
