Whataburger

As always this place is so yummy to eat at every time I go to Texas we have to go to Whataburger. Their food is really good I just wish sometimes they would get our order correct instead of having to drive back to get our order fixed. But other than that the burgers are great and the fries are good. And their little ketchup packets are pretty cute. And they're big drinks are so big. Definitely will be seeing you again Whataburger when I head back to Texas.

Went after church with my family to go eat. We saw a couple of employees joking around but what bothered us was that it looked like they were bullying one of their employees. They had visibly embarrassed him and made him upset. We confronted the 2 employees on our way out and told them that it was not funny to be making fun of someone, especially in public with customers around. They said they were just joking but it was obvious that it was a one-sided joke, he did not have the response of someone that was enjoying the joke and having fun. One of them stated that she sticks up for him but I was watching the entire time and not once did she stick up for him, she stood against the wall and was smiling and laughing with the one who was making comments. 1. You do not make fun of someone and publicly embarrass them. It doesn’t matter if he was being bossy, they did it in the dining hall where anyone and everyone could hear. On his way out, he looked at us upset and completely embarrassed. 2

Worst worst experience. Ordered my food at around 8:05. I sat down in lobby for one hour while people who ordered after me got food. People who ordered before me also never got the food. We both requested a refund and it was now one hour and 30 minutes and still no food or my refund!! I was made to wait to get my money back. Nobody wanted to give me the regional manager number. Something has to be done, all the lobby employees were just laughing about the situation. Don’t no how they are in businesses. To add on to this I ordered 2 orders and they gave out about 10-15 orders before ours.
