Whataburger

This location regularly takes 20 minutes or longer during non-peak hours to produce orders that are both cold and often incorrect. Their staff appears lazy, not particularly friendly, and you can tell from watching the kitchen during your long wait that their lacking sense of urgency is only second to their utter lack of organization. These are the types of locations that actively harm the Whataburger brand; I wish corporate would force this franchise owner out immediately and find someone who is interested in running a good business.

Do not come on a Friday, Saturday, or Sundays, ESPECIALLY at night. Otherwise a great location, management apparently has no idea how to run this place once they get more than 5 cars. I have waited over an hour on MULTIPLE occasions when they aren’t even that busy, AND actually seem to have a full staff (at least 4 seen). This is the second time lately 08/1/22 that this has happened. Their night staff used to be on it, but lately management has seemed to be hiring anyone with a pulse at this location. There’s no excuse for any of us to have to wait an hour to an hour and a HALF for FAST FOOD. This isn’t fast anymore at this point. What’s the point of a drive thru? Edit: This has also been for just me by the way, with cars in front of me receiving two small bags of food at the most.

30 mins to get our food with no one in the lobby except one other family, I ordered dine in with a kids meal and a salad. I asked about the food after 25 minutes and the manager said nothing. He just started on the order and finished it. Didn't say sorry or anything to acknowledge their error. Will never come here again.
