The best BBQ I've had in ALONG time! We had ribs, brisket, sausage and pork belly, beans, green beans, potato salad and fried okra. Everything was delishious! Can't wait to go back to try everything else!

I have been a long time customer of Branch BBQ before the change of owners, I will no longer be a customer. I went at 11:15 and had to wait as the employee finished the online orders. I ordered and was told she did not have chopped beef ready so I waited since I ordered 2 chopped beef sandwich's and one of my meats was chopped beef on the two meat plate. After waiting 15 minutes, I was told she had chopped beef now but no sausage (the other meat on my two meat plate). When I asked if I could just do double chopped beef, I was told she didn't have enough for that and doesn't want me waiting anymore. She said all she could do was have me pick a different meat or give me $2 back. I went ahead and just picked brisket since it was not for me. The chopped beef did not taste as good as it used to. The fries, which were very good before, were soggy and cold. And the brisket was in chunks and so fatty that the individual could not eat it. I tried to reach out to the owners on their website but

The food here is soooo good!!! The customer service was amazing!!! And the Peach Cobbler was off the chain…I new here to the Austin area, I’ll most definitely be coming back… #blackowned
