Whataburger

After several failed attempts at this location, we will go elsewhere. Our orders from this location are often incorrect, and there is always a significant delay. The icing on the cake was when our order was wrong today. The associate ignored me for almost a minute while I was standing in front of him at the register. He then looked up at me and started to walk away. I said "excuse me" politely and he stopped. I told him that my order was missing 3 orders of fries. His response was "Sorry, I can't help you. My shift ended" and went to walk away. I gave him a look with my head sideways and he said "oh, do you want me to tell someone else?". There are a lot of people looking for work right now. It's mind boggling to me that these were the best workers interviewed and hired.

I usually don’t have a problem with this Whataburger, except for them being super slow with the drive through at night. This time however, they ruined my night. I am on a diet so I allowed one cheat meal for dinner. All day I was dreaming of this Patty Melt with no onions extra creamy pepper sauce. After getting home I noticed it had onions and little to no creamy pepper sauce. I know the lady heard me as the ticket stated it. I know, we should just go back, but living 15 minutes away with a cranky 5 month old, it wasn’t an option. Just so disappointed.

I went in about 15 minutes ago or so, and as I'm on a school trip to the playoffs I didn't have alot of time. And so when I went in I was immediately helped, the man who helped me got my order through quick and easy. And I only had to wait about 3 minutes for my order to be done, and the fries were delicious and fresh, the burger was perfectly cooked and exactly as I ordered it. And the lady who handed it to me was very nice. I'd actually been having a terrible day today and they managed to put a smile on my face, I'm sad I didn't catch your names but I hope you see this and you know you are wonderful people.
