Wendy's

Extremely rude order taker in drive thru. First was impatient with my order. I wantef to order more. I wanted to order something for myself but was rudely given my total within a second (maybe 2 seconds) of ordering my wife's meal. Then asked if there was a specifc item on the menu in which I was initially ignored then 2 peopme abruptky tell me it is not on the menu. As I drove thru to pay I asked if it was a big deal to add XL fries and got an eye roll and really no answer just the total after she yelled it back to her colleague and placed it in the register. I was asked go pull forward so someone could bring out the food. Which I followed the direction. No more than a minite later the SAME person (a female) came out the door to very loudly tell me to move to the Mobile parking. With an expression on her face I can only convey as hate. Very large eyes with her teeth clenched whole her brow showed disgust. I followed tje instructions. I jumped out to find a trash can in which i found n

This may be the worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been to in my life. They are SO RUDE there and it’s for absolutely no reason. Especially the woman with the glasses at the 2nd window in the drive thru. She is so miserable and clearly hates her job. She has to be the one of rudest people I’ve ever come into contact with at a fast food restaurant. And she has such a whatever attitude that I’m sure she’ll see this and say “kick rocks” but I hope whoever is in charge of this establishment knows exactly how rude she is and takes some type of action. People shouldn’t be nervous to go to Wendy’s because their scared of the service they are going to recieve. Just give me my food and keep it going. No need for rolling eyes, attitudes out any of that non sense… very disappointed.

Well, this place used to be good. Not anymore. Multiple visits to this location, using the drive thru and they can't seem to get their act together. Same number of people inside working, but now you wait a few minutes before you can place an order (5+), then a few more minutes (5+) at the window. They only serve one car in the drive thru at a time. With the increase in price combined with horrible service, I would take your business elsewhere. You'll only be wasting your time here, for an incorrect order.
