Wendy's

Was one of my favorite places to stop 2 to 4 times a week. But for some reason they are never open on time anymore. I sit in the drive thru as long as I can but they don't answer and we'll I get to work in time si I can't wait on them.....

Not a very good crew when busy and under pressure. Really boils down to the management/training. Young lady working the register you could tell she was newer. She had to jump back and forth with register, getting orders out and doing the mobile app orders. Instead of the manager/trainer jumping over to help and show leadership and team effort she's just telling her what she's doing wrong. I had a baby in the car seat and only 2 ladies behind me. The manager should have just jumped over and helped but instead she just tells the young lady she's doing bad job letting the line build. Leadership starts at the top. Not the other way around. Not a bad location to go to just needs improvement when busy and under pressure or maybe a shift lead that can do more than just telling ppl what to do and actually get more hands on and in the mix to show how the store can run smoother.

For what it is as a fast food franchise, this is a great Wendy’s. All tables were clean, the breakfast croissants were delectable and who would have thought of going to Wendy’s for a nice breakfast!? We came back for lunch and the food was a cut above its competitors.
