Food was great. Did a phone order though and was not clear where to go for it. When finally found the corner to get pickup orders in, no one was there. A manager wandered around kitchen and restaurant trying to find the staff member. Would have preferred manager check me out instead of spending time looking since I was in a hurry.
We were seated quickly, quiet atmosphere and quick, attentive service. Food was good and served to us at the same time. Looking forward to going again soon!
I know the store is closing in a week but that's no excuse for bad service, there is another one in Tucson that bears it name and reputation. We ordered a shrimp appetizers, they come back 5 minutes later telling us they are our of that shrimp meal, they should know ahead. They bring me my soup, instead of chili soup they bring me onion soup, server is like " oops I guess they mixed the order". They replaced it. When we got the bill they included the shrimp appeared that they were out ,$16.49 in the bill. Server took the bill saying "sweet", and brought back the corrected one with no apology. Like I said the Server didn't care since the store is closing next week, (no wonder), but still....
