Wendy's

I went there to buy lunch for me and few coworker, when I arrived the cashier was in the phone for about 9 minutes until the manager told her to take order. The service was horrible, people acted with attitude like they were force to work there. I ask a question regarding my order and the lady roll her eyes. The manager was too friendly with the employees and she did not correct them or apologize to the customer for the employee’s attitude. The people on drive true was very polite to the customer. I do not know if I will return to that location.

Ordered online and when I got there,they told me they ran out of the item I ordered. I decided to cancel and they told me they canceled my order. I didn't realize a week later that they didn't cancel my order and just stole my money. Good Job Wendy's and thank you for giving me more reasons to not go to fast foods and helping me on my weight loss journey :)

The worse team on customer service around. Everybody with the exception of one employee (Mrs Amanda) seems to be working on hell. They are rude, with a face expression of disgust and unhappiness. My personal opinion, if you can't have at least a smile on your face, don't work on customer service or stay home. It's very unpleasant to go for lunch somewhere and feel you're not welcome or worst, your food will be prepared and served with negative vibe. Sorry for the management that have such a terrible team working under them. If the service is not important for you, the food it's good.
