I have been coming here for years as my office is located around the corner. In the past the employees were fast and efficient. BUT NOW, it will take you at least 30-40 minutes just to get your sandwich and this is right before rush lunch hour. The employees there are very lackadaisical. They have no sense of urgency to take your order and make your sandwich. The employee who is supposed to be handling the cash register leaves their team to go to the back every second they get. Very disappointing that the service has gone from great to horrendous.

This store is in Horrible shape. They are always closed at random times of the day. Last week when I went they were closed around 5 pm and now today they are closed at 3 pm when I went today. At this point they might as well not even open anymore

Literally always closed? Doors locked employees inside just standing around, eating, on their phones. Why even keep the store open if you’re not going to actually serve somebody this is the 5th time this month that I have came here to grab lunch before worked their “not open”
