Website says open till 2am, online was still taking orders, I ordered and paid, then showed up at 1:20 and the staff were cleaning, they wouldn’t talk to me in drive through. I was charged twice-total $50- for food I never got. In a panic of course I called and called and a staff member FINALLY answered (after 20+ calls) to tell me to show up at 5am the next morning and I can talk to their DM about getting my money back?!?! Is this even real?!? I am contacting my bank to file a fraud charge and Wendy’s corporate because this location is apparently very shady.
Friend got me a Wendy's burger a few days ago and it had a good char. Decided to go back and try a salad, which was very good. Will return.
Bro. The kids that work in here are so ignorant and disrespectful. The app doesn't work for a coupon and they act like they don't even understand English. We literally said nevermind and left. I'll never go back to that Wendy's in my life.... how pathetic.
