The quality of the food is excellent! The options will amaze you, but don't wait too late as some menu options may be gone. The dining area is clean, the staff is generally courteous, the owner is gorgeous, and the cook is magical. They have flat screens and music to entertain. This reminds me of family reunions as a teen in the early 90s. THIS is THAT kind of food. Oh, the banana pudding is legit. Others fake the funk. Theirs is authentic! You will want to return. Local businesses should watch out. Blue Flame is worth the trip.

Listen ….. I’m Nigerian so I’m not used to soul food but my wife is from Atlanta she took me here and wow…….. this is by far the best food in Tampa and the staff is so nice I just came with my wife and son a little wait nothing crazy but the food is so worth it. This is a perfect place if your hungry for food that touches you in the soul. I put the fork down after one bite and was like I need to write a review and who ever is the cook you would give Gordon Ramses a run for his money ????

First time eating here this afternoon. This is the first place in a few years that I found that can cook like this. Idk who's in the kitchen ????but it was well worth it. Delicious and filling. We had enough to eat off the plate twice! You have 2 more new customers.
