I ordered food from here all the time on doordash and the daytime my food is good but at night it is the most disgusting food I've ever tasted the fries are always greasy dripping through the fry curtain and old the burgers are cold the nuggets are hard it's just a nasty terrible overall experience in the evening the staff should be looked at and management

If I could have given -100 stars I would have. I went in to only get a wrap that it’s, just a freaking wrap and placing order at 4:08pm and receiving it almost 4:30 is absolutely ridiculous. The cashier called back 4 times to inquire about it only to be told “ Man hold up” He tried his best to cover saying “I apologize they went to get you fresh wraps”……..FROM WHERE? THE NEXT TOWN OVER? Because once I received my food the whole wrap was tough/stale and the chicken cold. I stood there politely Thru the whole ordeal never saying a word because at that point I was almost 20 minutes my half hour lunch. Manager never came out to say “my apologies”; staff full of employees just walking back and forth up front, drive thru was empty by then and please don’t let me speak on the filthy appearance of the dining area floor that some street person was using as a sleeping area. WORST WENDY’S BY FAR!!!!

worst food establishment I’ve ever been to. I waited 30 mins for a SALAD AND A WRAP! I asked the lady 3 times when taking my order to make sure both had crispy chicken instead of grilled. Maybe if she took her air pod out she could ring up the order right. I asked for bacon on my wrap after re making it the first time there was still no bacon on it. I asked if I could just get it on the side because it had already been 30 minutes and she handed me BURNT bacon CRUMBS. If I’m paying extra for the bacon, don’t get an attitude with me because you can’t get my order right the first 2 times and had the audacity to give me BLACK bacon crumbs. My salad was still missing EVERYTHING. There was just chicken and lettuce, no cheese or tomatoes or dressing. This is the worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been to. Get someone competent to take orders and making food. And don’t give customers a nasty attitude because you can’t do your job right.
