I honestly must say that this was the worst Hooter wings that I ever had. Very disappointed, I ordered five Honey BBQ and five breaded mild. Both flavors were terrible. Maybe they had a bad day or they have new cooks, but after waiting all day to go there, I was very upset at the quality of the food. They also have lemonade with Tito’s vodka for $6. Tasty drink but I had to ask my waitress if they forgot to add the alcohol. I would seriously rate this place a one or a two but because my waitress Giana was outstanding, I couldn’t leave such a low review. Service was excellent, and food was flat out disgusting. Hopefully they can make some improvements because it was a really nice atmosphere. Also the gentleman that appeared to be the manager, he was very friendly and accommodating as well Parking: Small lot but many more spaces available in the are.

I have been to many Hooters across America, and I have never recalled a time that I experienced better customer service than with Sam at the Bruce B Downs Hooters location! I feel she went above and beyond to deliver exceptional service by knowing and understanding her customers, along with providing a super friendly / chill / comfortable vibe. Credit to the cooks as well because the grouper sandwich is always cooked perfectly juicy, with a nice crisp on the outside, and the fries are a perfectly crispy brown with a hint of spice. Awesome experience and my best Hooters in the area hands down!!!

You can't beat the atmosphere at this Hooters the foods great, service is always great, I have no complaints. Out of all the server's one especially comes to mind, a beautiful young lady named Sam. She is definitely one of the hardest working from what I can see. She is so friendly just an all around sweet heart. I always felt welcome here
