DO NOT EAT HERE. I went through the drive thru and the girl told me they were only selling nuggets and fries (at a burger spot). I said cool, I wanted nuggets anyway. I ordered a 6 piece and came around to the window. She took my card and handed it back. I watched through the window another employee walked up with my nuggets and ranch dip. HE DROPPED THE RANCH DIPS ON THE FLOOR AND SHE JUST THREW THEM IN MY BAG OF EXPOSED NUGGETS. When she handed me the bag, I asked if the ranch fell on the floor. She and 2 other employees stood there not seeing an issue. She said "it's ranch". To which I replied " that fell on the floor" and she replied with attitude, "it's ranch". All of them stood there looking at me like I was the problem. When the biggest problem is that they didn't see the problem with putting ranch dips that had fallen on the floor in a bag with exposed food. It gave me the feel of someone seeing a baby drop it's pacifier and they just pick it up and put it back in the baby's mo

Ordered through the drive through. after placing my first order, Jenae asked if there was anything else .. a second didn’t go by before she asked “ANYTHING ELSE?!” with the nastiest attitude . Jenae was too busy trying to return to her conversation that she put the wrong order in . I ordered the Asiago chicken sandwich . She put a double baconator no bacon … like what sense does that make ? We sat in the drive through waiting for the 4 people standing there having a conversation in the window to notice we were still sitting there . When I received my correct order there was no Asiago ranch . I was just hungry so we drove off . Looking at the reviews before me , at what point does the GM or district manager step in and clean house or provide customer service training .

I ordered through the drive thu food was good. I parked in their parking to eat my food and the had to go inside to use the bathroom and the bathroom was disgusting no napkins etc. When I come out noticed the restaurant was all dirty tables full of pieces of food and hand sanitizers empty. Really bad impression.
