Burger King

This was my second time within 2 weeks, each time there was no long lines but you waited forever to make your order. I ordered 2 for ten with bacon, I paid 2+ extra dollars and there was no bacon at all. I called right back to let them know of my complaint but no answer. Not coming back, I'm done. Fix the problem if you want return customers and OH they were out of soda and fries ???? really no fries This is unexceptable.

Sadly I wouldn't recommend eating here. It's not because of the employees, is more with the quality of the food. We done in because we wanted a hot meal. Nowadays because they are precooking everything, even the Bacon king meat was COLD. The fires lukewarm. There is always something missing from the menu or drinks. Sadly is a trend with lots of fast food restaurants. You can see it in the employees, they try their best, but service only does not do it.

I would like to commend Jerold Harris for his excellent Customer Service! My grandchildren and I stopped for breakfast while waiting for someone during their doctor's appointment. We ordered and he made recommendations on what would make it more cost effective for me. He was working alone, however found time to check on us while serving both the drive thru and dining room Customers. Our order was made fresh and most of all, it was correct! I really appreciate his great attitude and service even though he was a bit stretched having to work by himself. Thanks Jerold!
