Wendy's

The Wendys app didn't work and the manager literally shrugged her shos and said she didn't know about the app. The counter person didn't care that I was upset and ignored me and didn't give me a receipt. The food was ok but seemed as though the chicken breast was a little old.

What the heck happened to Customer Service?!?!? If that's what you are looking for do not waste your time, effort and (more importantly) hard-earned money at the Wendy's on Jungermann right next to the Pretzel Stop (which GREATLY surpasses what is next door by the way). I was at this fine Wendy's Sunday July 31st at around 11:00 a.m. I had an issue with an order and the manager exuded extreme rudeness, anger and unprofessionalism! I ended up not even receiving my order due to her EXCELLENT "conflict resolution". Apparently Wendy's has low standards for their management team. That's a shame because management sets the bar for the rest of the team! If she is that dissatisfied with coming to work then she needs to be just as dissatisfied when that paycheck hits her bank account!! Someone definitely needs to let her know that she does not come to a customer service oriented job to behave the way that she does. COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE!! Bottom line is I would pass right over that Wendy's an

It appears they like to close 10+ minutes early here. Other than that it’s hit or miss. Sometimes quick with a correct order. Gets the order wrong at least 1/4 times. Update with another poor experience: This morning 9/27/22 they were supposed to open at 6:30. Waited around until 6:49 when I absolutely could not wait any longer. Employees tried to act like they didn’t see me driving around the building several times. They simply could’ve told me they were running behind, but instead chose to waste my time.
