They don’t miss. This is one of the few fast food places left in st Charles that I know I can order from and my food will be hot, fresh, and always right. The girls that work there are super sweet and courteous. That will continue to have my business. I can feed a family of 4 for 25$ and these days that is extremely hard to do
We haven't been to Steak and Shake for several years and decided to go back. The steak burgers are as good as I remembered and the Chocolate Shake was as well. I actually like ordering from the kiosk in the Dining Room better than from a Server. I guess they had to do this because of the Labor Shortage? We will going back frequently now that we figured out the ordering system. We didn't go to the drive thru so I can't comment on that.
Food was what you'd expect but the prices have skyrocketed since the last time I was there. They use kiosks for ordering now and got rid of their wait staff. Normally I'm fine with a kiosk but it kept leaving things off our order and we had to go back and edit to re-add sides and drinks. Wheelchair accessibility: There's a ramp but no automated door.
