Wendy's

I like this Wendy's. It is a new concept with a self-service order kiosk, which is easier than most. I believe this location shares the same franchise owner as the Broadway/Forbes location. Great staff at both locations. Very clean and well stocked drink station. Service is fast in the drive-through and inside. One exceptional item: this location makes perfect fries! No, not just Wendy's standard but perfectly timed fries. They are not too soft or too crisp. They are perfect! Three visits, and the fries were consistently perfect! Nice job. It should be noted that sandwiches are also assembled with care and wrapped neatly. This is unexpected at most Wendy's locations.

Very friendly workers and our food was the freshest we’ve had from a fast food place in a very long time. I actually burned my mouth on the nuggets because I wasn’t expecting them to be so fresh! My wife said it was the best Wendy’s she’s ever had.

Did a mobile order 1230pm Sunday, the dining room was locked. Had to wait 30 minutes in the drive thru for the pre order. Lady at the window just said that's what it is. They shouldn't offer mobile ordering if you can't walk in to pick it up or do curbside. Why not keep it unlocked with a sign that says mobile ordering only.
