Very bad customer service. I was running late so called then beforehand. I was told I would be served as long as I was able to make it to the store before 8:00 PM. They literally closed the door on my face at 7:55 pm. They already had a customer inside when I reached there, but refused to even acknowledge that I was standing outside even thought they talked to me just a few minutes ago. I called them again thinking they would open the door. But the person who picked the phone said we are closed. When asked why was I told that I would be served as long as I was in before 8:00, she said talk to my manager. The ‘manager’ repeated the same but offered no explanation for telling what they told over the phone. Bad experience. Never ever going to this location again.

Terrible customer service. Was told they don’t chop salads. That’s not true. Just got one chopped not too long ago. Just because it’s 6 people in line and you’re the only one working doesn’t mean short change my order

I was there 10/23/22 at 6.40 pm. they refused to make for us two footlong. i don t know why, may be i came 20 min before closing!!(( its terrible
