I've ordered 5-6 times in the past and they messed up my order each time

Still have to wait to pick up food when I order ahead online. Defeats the purpose of ordering ahead. Fries were not fresh and was shorted on my drink.

Quality of food and service has gone way down since last August. Used to come here regularly until the quality dropped to the floor towards the end of the month. Food is almost always poor quality, orders are wrong, and staff is rude. There was this worker around that time that always made sure the food was perfect but he must've quit and I don't blame him. On occasion he'd bring out orders even in the worst weather conditions, rain or snow, and always make sure it was correct before heading back into the store. One time, I had been parked because the store was busy and it was snowing pretty badly. The guy came out without a coat to bring me my food and made sure I had no issues when I told him they had forgotten some napkins. Without a second beat, he ran back inside, got me napkins, and asked if there was anything else I needed. Wonderful employee but haven't seen or heard of him since. Assuming he's gone, it's no wonder everyone I know has issues with the restaurant now.
