My burger was ice cold and spicy nuggets were hard as bricks.I received that in drive thru, with an employee named Bryan pants sagging so bad ,I could see his grey underwear! Went inside to talk to the manager Mabel (got her name from a customer, she refused). She took about 10- 15 mins to talk to me . Her excuse was she was busy , yet she stood there watching me through the glass enclosure. This s was the WORST customer service I’ve ever had from any Wendy’s. I was visiting from Virginia. BAD FOOD, WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!! Wish I could give them a negative 10 !! STAY AWAY from this location!!!
1st impressions mean everything. My wife and I just recently got off work at our restaurant my I add. Decided we wanted Wendy's. Where to start.... 1st I asked for dine in and I get it to go. Ask for hot sauce and didn't receive it. Once we get our food, we are looking for a "clean" table and everything is dirty. We at the time were the only customers here. I spoke out loud about the dirty tables then a employee comes out to clean them. I tried the loaded nacho burger and the corn and Tortilla chips were soggy and stale, the burger was dry, fries were old. To put the cherry on the top. The employees are smoking cigarettes in front of the entrance doors. At this point my wife and I decided that this is not the place to eat and we will never return.
I'll make a point to never go to this location again. Lazy and unprofessional employee at drive thru made myself and others wait 10 minutes before ordering. They weren't busy; no excuse for that level of service. She seemed high and unapologetic. Hope a manager sees this; she was working drive thru 9/9 at 2:30
