11/07 literally sat in the drive thru for 5 min with no acknowledgement. Girl with the black weave sat on her phone talking just staring at me. Great customer service arbys.
I went to drive through at 10:30. They said they were closed. Online said they're open till 12. Thankfully Wendy's was open right next to them so it was not a wasted trip.
