Wendy's

This Wendy's is okay at best. Often are out of items. Last time I ordered a chicken salad, and they said they didn't have chicken and offered a different kind of chicken salad. I questioned that because it didn't make any sense, and they said they could make me what I wanted but it would take 15 minutes. I said no problem. They told me to pull forward. I asked if I could at least have my drink while I waited for the salad. They handed it to me, and I pulled forward. Then I backed up again because I didn't have a straw. The lady at the window glared at me like I was being difficult. I got the salad after 24 minutes which was fine. The time before when I was there, they were out of iced tea. They have had something missing 4 of the last 8 times I have been here. The Whataburger across the parking lot gives more consistent, quality service. Very disappointed. My wife wanted to try the bacon pretzel burger because of the pretzel bun and the cheeses, but can't eat the bacon due to an interesting food allergy. She ordered it without bacon, and it was still served with the bacon on it. When she brought it to the attention of the manager, he was rather cavalier about it with a weak apology and offered to replace it. To minimize the problem with the next sandwich, she ordered a simple burger that couldn't be screwed up. Find another Wendy's, folks. This is NOT the first incident like this at this location.

This place sucks big time. Customer service does not exist, Manager by the name of Maria is the worst I have ever met, believe me, that means something, I am in customer service as a Supervisor. She is just horrible. Why are you guys from corporate hiring people like this. Never ever go back there.
