Wendy's

I really do not understand why this Wendy’s can’t figure out food service. I mean, from my personal experience as working years in food service and I can very confidently say y’all don’t have it figured out. You get my order wrong almost every single time. Being rude to customers isn’t customer service. If y’all hear an order wrong, correct it. If y’all burn food, correct it. If you forget something in an order, you don’t charge someone extra for it. I do not understand what’s going on. I ate at a Wendy’s in FL regularly and they literally never had issues in the three years I went there. It’s like y’all have different standards entirely. Y’all need to do training again or something. If you don’t want to work at Wendy’s, there are plenty of other place hiring. Look, I didn’t complain the first twenty times. Picked up a couple of salads - Strawberry Salad is back! So good. This Wendy's has consistently good service at the drive through. This location's landscaping is so beautiful with perennials, shrubs, mulch, etc. Someone really loves taking care of the outside of this restaurant. Makes staying in line a pleasure.

This is the absolute worst run fast food restaurant out there. The management should be fired and the employees all retrained. 80% of the orders are wrong. They forget about your order when they make you wait. The manager blatantly lied to the customer. I used to like Wendy's, but not this one, but after dealing with the rude, incompetent manager there, I haven't been to any Wendy's in just about a year
