New Top's China Restaurant

I ordered from here twice now from uber eats and didnt get my food, thats 80 dollars lost. And about a month ago I went and got my food from a neighbor's doorstep because they didnt deliver it to the right place. I will never use uber eats again and im not ordering from this chinese place again. NEVER.

We found a large chunk of plastic in our sweet and sour chicken so looked more carefully at reviews and, shockingly, found a review from someone named Deavon Patterson who also found plastic in his sweet & sour chicken!! They have had this problem for TWO YEARS!!! Honestly, everything tasted delicious but we won't order again based on whatever is happening in their kitchen.

Ordered some Kung Pao while at work. It was lukewarm but it's cold outside so I didn't mind tossing it in the microwave for half a minute. Reasonable timing for prep too. What easily knocked off a couple stars was how BLAND the sauce was. I could barely taste it. And there were more pieces of celery and raw carrots than chicken. Really disappointing.
