Drive-thru. Employees were all very nice. But, the chicken nuggets tasted like they had been tossed in old oil and the fries were cold. They need to have fresh food. The burgers were good. T-mobile Tuesday's ????and Wendy's had cheeseburger promo "buy one???? get one????". So my daughter and I were going to split 2 burgers ????????with a fry???? and a coke, ????. -The young gentleman???????? at the register???? was great to work with, unfortunately, human resources????????did not work with the employees????????‍♂️????????????????‍♀️to extend the knowledge on how to work with the customers who arrive with the Wendy's ???????? app and can extend help with the application. Fortunately the manager ????????‍???? was able to use the key????️???? card of power and over rule and discount the 2nd burger that was unable to be used from the application. 10/10 for the service I received.????????‍???????? 8/10 for the large fries that came up short in the bag.???????? 7/10 for my burger???? 7/10 for the 2nd burger (Daughters rating)???? 10/10 The coke selector ( Cherry+Vanilla Coke) ❤️❄️????????
