Thai Phở Now

This evening was my first time trying this place after I picked up a To-Go menu from them last week. I placed a pick up order for the Fresh Roll 2 w/ tofu and the Tom Kha Soup w/ tofu, requesting it not be too spicy. All of the food I received appeared to be a great value for the price and tasted delicious and was not spicy as requested. I love that they have vegetarian options available and was pleasantly surprised that they also offered a military discount when I went to pay and thanked for my service! The employee I dealt with was extremely pleasant and I will definitely be going back to this place often!

Fresh rolls absolutely sucked. The rice paper had multiple holes and was sticky, they were huge because they were loosely packed, and there was no noodles in them? They fell apart after one bite. Idk the only reason I’m giving them two stars instead of one is because the pad thai was good although the portion was pretty small.

I am vegan and I had the Sukiyaki with Tofu, the fresh roll with tofu and we also ordered the beef noodle soup. All of the food was the authentic Thai/ Vietnamese. Everything was freshly made, all was delicious, and the servings are pretty generous.
