Why is it impossible to get hot food at this Wendy's? Horrible service every single time! I avoid coming here most times. Its been like this for years with no improvement. When I requested hot food when I ordered, the cashier ignored me. I still got Luke warm food and half full fries. I had to ask for the manager 3 times before she went to get him.
I've eaten here the last two days and the food and service has been nothing short of spectacular. Almost no line, you get your food quickly, the crew is very friendly and accommodating. And the food was excellent. I can't imagine how my visit could have been any better. Great job Wendy's on chestnut crew!!!
The place was dirty and staff didn’t clean up the tables
